حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ الْكُوفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ أَبُو يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُحَادَةَ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ مِنْ أَعْظَمِ الْجِهَادِ كَلِمَةَ عَدْلٍ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ»

The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “Indeed, among the greatest types of Jihad is a just statement before a tyrannical ruler.”

আবূ সাঈদ আল-খুদরী (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ সবচেয়ে উত্তম জিহাদ হচ্ছে স্বৈরাচারী শাসকের সামনে ন্যায্য কথা বলা। সহীহ, ইবনু মা-জাহ (৪০১০)। আবূ ঈসা বলেন, আবূ উমামা (রাঃ) হতেও এ অনুচ্ছেদে হাদীস বর্ণিত আছে। এ হাদীসটি হাসান এবং উপরোক্ত সূত্রে গারীব।

ابو سعید خدری رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”ظالم بادشاہ کے سامنے حق کہنا سب سے بہتر جہاد ہے“ ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث اس سند سے حسن غریب ہے، ۲- اس باب میں ابوامامہ سے بھی روایت ہے۔

Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Qasim bin Dinar Al Kufi]; telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Abdurrahman bin Mush'ab Abu Yazid]; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Isra'il] dari [Muhammad bin Juhadah] dari ['Athiyyah] dari [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri] bahwasanya Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda; "Sesungguhnya jihad yang paling agung adalah ungkapan yang adil (benar) yang disampaikan di hadapan penguasa yang zhalim."

Abu Isa berkata; Hadits semakna juga diriwayatkan dari Abu Umamah. Dan ini adalah hadits hasan gharib ditinjau dari jalur ini

Ebû Saîd el Hudrî (r.a.)’den rivâyete göre, Nebi (s.a.v.) şöyle buyurdu: “En üstün cihâd zâlim olup haksızlık yapan devlet idarecisine gerçeği söylemektir.” Diğer tahric: İbn Mâce, Fiten Tirmizî: Bu konuda Ebû Umâme’den de hadis rivâyet edilmiştir. Bu hadis bu şekliyle hasen garibtir

What it teaches

• Enjoining the right and forbidding the wrong is part of Jihad.
• Advising the ruler is one of the greatest forms of Jihad, but it should be done with knowledge, wisdom, and certainty.
• Al-Khattābi said: This has become the best Jihad because whoever strives against the enemy is between hope and fear, not knowing whether he will prevail or be defeated. As for the ruler, he is subjugated in his hand. So, if he speaks the truth and enjoins him to do what is right, he is exposed to damage and aims for his own destruction. Hence, this has become the best type of Jihad, given the dominant fear. It was said: It is the best Jihad because if the ruler acts upon his word, the benefit may prevail to a large number of people, thus achieving a good interest.
