أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، وَمُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَيْمَنَ

قَالَ: لَا يُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ

“The (hand of) a thief is not to be cut off for less than the price of a shield.” (Daif Mawquf).

কুতায়বা (রহঃ) ... আয়মান (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, ঢালের মুল্যের কমে চোরের হাত কাটা যাবে না।
