وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ
النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الشَّرِيكُ شَفِيعٌ وَالشُّفْعَةُ فِي كل شَيْء»
The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said:, “The partner has first right to buy neighbouring property and the option to buy applies to everything.”
