عَن سعيد بن حُرَيْث
قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ بَاعَ مِنْكُمْ دَارًا أَوْ عَقَارًا قَمِنٌ أَنْ لَا يُبَارَكُ لَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَجْعَلَهُ فِي مِثْلِهِ»
Said ibn Huraith told of hearing God’s Messenger say, “If any of you sells a house or real estate it is right that he should not have a blessing unless he spends what he gets on something similar.”
