وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -«لَيْسَ اَلشَّدِيدُ بِالصُّرَعَةِ، إِنَّمَا اَلشَّدِيدُ اَلَّذِي يَمْلِكُ نَفْسَهُ عِنْدَ اَلْغَضَبِ»
“The strong man is not the good wrestler; but the strong man is he who controls himself when he is angry.” Agreed upon.
