وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ

قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -«لَيْسَ لِلْقَاتِلِ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ شَيْءٌ»

The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “One who kills a man cannot inherit anything from him.”.
