The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “People of two different religions do not inherit from one another.”.
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -«لَا يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ»

حسن. رواه أحمد (2 / 178 و 195)، وأبو داود (2911)، والنسائي في «الكبرى» (4 / 82)، وابن ماجه (2731) وزادوا جميعا إلا ابن ماجه: «شتى». وزاد ابن الجارود في روايته (967): «والمرأة ترث من دية زوجها وماله، وهو يرث من ديتها ومالها ما لم يقتل أحدهما صاحبه، فإن قتل أحدهما صاحبه لم يرث من ديته وماله شيئا، وإن قتل أحدهما صاحبه خطأ، ورث من ماله، ولم يرث من ديته». وسندها حسن أيضا
