حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا نُوحُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ الْحُدَّانِيُّ، عَنْ حُسَامِ بْنِ مِصَكٍّ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ
قَالَ: مَا بَعَثَ اللَّهُ نَبِيًّا إِلا حَسَنَ الْوَجْهِ، حَسَنَ الصَّوْتِ، وَكَانَ نَبِيُّكُمْ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَسَنَ الْوَجْهِ، حَسَنَ الصَّوْتِ، وَكَانَ لا يُرَجِّعُ
“Allah has not sent a Prophet unless he was endowed with a handsome face and a beautiful voice, and your Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) was endowed with a handsome face and a beautiful voice, and he did not chant in a quavering tone.”
