حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَهْدِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَاصِلٌ الأَحْدَبُ، عَنْ أَبِي، وَائِلٍ
قَالَ غَدَوْنَا عَلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ يَوْمًا بَعْدَ مَا صَلَّيْنَا الْغَدَاةَ فَسَلَّمْنَا بِالْبَابِ فَأَذِنَ لَنَا (قَالَ) فَمَكَثْنَا بِالْبَابِ هُنَيَّةً (قَالَ) فَخَرَجَتِ الْجَارِيَةُ فَقَالَتْ أَلَا تَدْخُلُونَ فَدَخَلْنَا فَإِذَا هُوَ جَالِسٌ يُسَبِّحُ فَقَالَ: مَا مَنَعَكُمْ أَنْ تَدْخُلُوا وَقَدْ أُذِنَ لَكُمْ فَقُلْنَا لَا إِلاَّ أَنَّا ظَنَنَّا أَنَّ بَعْضَ أَهْلِ الْبَيْتِ نَائِمٌ.
قَالَ ظَنَنْتُمْ بِآلِ ابْنِ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ غَفْلَةً قَالَ ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ يُسَبِّحُ حَتَّى ظَنَّ أَنَّ الشَّمْسَ قَدْ طَلَعَتْ فَقَالَ: يَا جَارِيَةُ انْظُرِي هَلْ طَلَعَتْ قَالَ فَنَظَرَتْ فَإِذَا هِيَ لَمْ تَطْلُعْ فَأَقْبَلَ يُسَبِّحُ حَتَّى إِذَا ظَنَّ أَنَّ الشَّمْسَ قَدْ طَلَعَتْ قَالَ: يَا جَارِيَةُ انْظُرِي هَلْ طَلَعَتْ فَنَظَرَتْ فَإِذَا هِيَ قَدْ طَلَعَتْ.
فَقَالَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَقَالَنَا يَوْمَنَا هَذَا (فَقَالَ مَهْدِيٌّ وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ) وَلَمْ يُهْلِكْنَا بِذُنُوبِنَا (قَالَ) فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ قَرَأْتُ الْمُفَصَّلَ الْبَارِحَةَ كُلَّهُ (قَالَ) فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ هَذًّا كَهَذِّ الشِّعْرِ إِنَّا لَقَدْ سَمِعْنَا الْقَرَائِنَ وَإِنِّي لأَحْفَظُ الْقَرَائِنَ الَّتِي كَانَ يَقْرَؤُهُنَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَمَانِيَةَ عَشَرَ مِنَ الْمُفَصَّلِ وَسُورَتَيْنِ مِنْ آلِ حم
One day we went to Abdullah ibn Masud after we had observed the dawn prayer and we paid salutation at the door. He permitted us to enter, but we stayed for a while at the door, when the slave-girl came out and said: Why don’t you come in? So we went in and (we found Abdullah ibn Masud) sitting and glorifying Allah (i. e. he was busy in dhikr) and he said: What obstructed you from coming in though you had been granted permission for it?
We said: There was nothing (behind it) but we entertained the idea that some inmate of the house might be sleeping. He said: Do you presume any idleness on the part of the family of Ibn Umm Abd (the mother of Abdullah ibn Masud)? He was again busy with the glorification of Allah till he thought that the sun had risen.
He said: Girl, see whether (the sun) has arisen. She glanced but it had not risen (by that time). He was again busy with the glorification (of Allah) and he (again) thought that the sun had arisen. She glanced (and confirmed) that, it had risen.
Upon this he (Abdullah ibn Masud) said: Praise be to Allah Who did not call us to account for our sins today. Mahdi said: I think that he said, He did not destroy us for our sins.
One among the people said: I recited all the mufassal surahs during the night. Abdullah said: (You must have recited them) like the (recitation) of poetry. I heard (the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam)) combining (the surahs) and I remember the combinations which the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) made In the recitation (of surahs). These were constituted of eighteen mufassal surahs and two surahs (commencing with) Ha-Mim.
মুসলিম বলেন, লায়স ইবনু সাদ এর সূত্রে ইবনু আব্বাস (রাযিঃ) এর মুক্তকৃত দাস উমায়র থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি ইবনু আব্বাস (রাযিঃ) কে বলতে শুনেছেন যে, আমি এবং উন্মুল মুমিনীন মাইমুনাহ (রাযিঃ) এর মুক্তকৃত দাস আবদুর রহমান ইবনু ইয়াসার একবার আবূল জাহম ইবনুল হারিস ইবনুস সিম্মা আল আনাসারীর কাছে গেলাম।
তখন আবূল জাহম (রাযিঃ) বললেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম একবার বি'রি জামাল (মদীনার নিকটবর্তী একটি স্থান) এর দিক থেকে আসছিলেন, অতঃপর পথিমধ্যে এক ব্যক্তি তার সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করে সালাম দিল কিন্তু তিনি তার উত্তর দিলেন না বরং একটি দেয়ালের কাছে গিয়ে তার মুখমণ্ডল এবং উভয় হাত মাসাহ করলেন। তারপর তার সালামের জবাব দিলেন।
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ کے آزاد کردہ غلام عمیر بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں اور عبد الرحمن بن یسار ، جو نبی اکرمﷺ کی زوجہ حضرت میمونہؓ کے آزاد کردہ غلام تھے ، ابو جہم بن حارث بن صمہ انصاری کے پاس پہنچے تو ابو جہم رضی اللہ عنہ نے بتایا کہ رسول اللہﷺ بئر جمل ( نامی جگہ ) سے تشریف لائے تو آپ کو ایک آدمی ملا ، اس نے آپ کو سلام کہا تو آپ نے اس کے سلام کا جواب نہ دیا حتیٰ کہ آپ ایک دیوار کی طرف بڑھے اور آپ نے اپنے چہرے اور ہاتھوں پر مسح کیا ، پھر اس کے سلام کا جواب دیا ۔
Muslim berkata, dan [al-Laits bin Sa'd] meriwayatkan dari [Ja'far bin Rabi'ah] dari [Abdurrahman bin Hurmuz] dari [Umair maula Ibnu Abbas] bahwasanya dia mendengarnya berkata, aku dan Abdurrahman bin Yasar, maula Maimunah, istri Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menghadap Rasulullah, hingga kami mampir pada [Abu al-Jahm bin al-Harits bin ash-Shammah al-Anshari].
Maka Abu al-Jahm berkata, "Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam datang dari arah sumur Jamal, lalu seorang laki-laki bertemu dengannya, dan ia ucapkan salam kepada beliau, tetapi Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihiwasallam tidak menjawabnya hingga beliau sampai di dinding, lalu beliau usap wajahnya dan kedua tangannya, barulah beliau menjawab salam tersebut
Müslim derki: Leys b. Sa'd, Cafer b. Rabîa'dan, o da Abdurrahman b. Hürmüz'den, o da İbni Abbas'ın azadlısı Ümeyr'den naklen rivayet ettiki, Abdurrahman Umeyr'i şöyle derken işitmiş.: «Nebi (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem)'in zevcesi Meymune'nin azadlısı Abdurrahman b. Yesar ile ikimiz geldik ve Ebu Cehm b. Haris b. Sımmete'l-Ensarî'nin yanına girdik.
Ebu Cehm şunu söyledi, Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) Bi'r-i Cemel tarafından geldi, kendisine bir adam rast gelerek selam verdi, ise de; Resulullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) hemen onun selamını almadı: (Oradaki) bir duvara varınca yüzüne ve ellerine mesh etti, sonra selamı aldı
