حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَنَا حَمَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «جَاءَ أَهْلُ الْيَمَنِ هُمْ أَرَقُّ أَفْئِدَةً الإِيمَانُ يَمَانٍ وَالْفِقْهُ يَمَانٍ وَالْحِكْمَةُ يَمَانِيَةٌ»
The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) observed: There have come the people of Yemen; they are tender of hearts, the belief is that of the Yemenites, the understanding (of the faith) is that of the Yemenites and sagacity is that of the Yemenites.
جریر کہتے ہیں : میں جابر بن یزید جعفی سے ملا تو میں نے اس سے حدیث نہ لکھی ، وہ رجعت پر ایمان رکھتا تھا ۔
Bize Ebû Gassân Muhammed b. Amr er Râzî rivâyet etti. ki: Cerîr'i şöyle derken işittim: b. Yezîd el-Cu'fî ile görüştüm, fakat ondan hadîs yazmadım. (Zira) o rac'ata inanırdı.»
