وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّاءُ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ
قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ صَيْدِ الْمِعْرَاضِ فَقَالَ: «مَا أَصَابَ بِحَدِّهِ فَكُلْهُ وَمَا أَصَابَ بِعَرْضِهِ فَهُوَ وَقِيذٌ». وَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ صَيْدِ الْكَلْبِ فَقَالَ: «مَا أَمْسَكَ عَلَيْكَ وَلَمْ يَأْكُلْ مِنْهُ فَكُلْهُ فَإِنَّ ذَكَاتَهُ أَخْذُهُ فَإِنْ وَجَدْتَ عِنْدَهُ كَلْبًا آخَرَ فَخَشِيتَ أَنْ يَكُونَ أَخَذَهُ مَعَهُ وَقَدْ قَتَلَهُ فَلَا تَأْكُلْ إِنَّمَا ذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَى كَلْبِكَ وَلَمْ تَذْكُرْهُ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ»
I asked the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) about hunting the game with the help of Mirad, whereupon he said: If it strikes (the game) with its point, then eat it, but if it strikes flat, that is (the game is) beaten (into death), (then do not eat that) Adi further said: I asked him about hunting with the help of a dog, whereupon he said: If that (the dog) catches it (the game) for you and does not eat out of that, then you eat (the game) for Dhakat (slaughtering) of that is its being caught by it (by the dog).
But if you find another dog besides it, and you fear that that dog (the second one) had caught it (the game) along with that (your dog) and killed it. then don’t eat; for you recited the name of Allah on your dog and did not recite that on the other one (which joined your dog incidentally).
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া (রহঃ) ..... উলাইয়্যি (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। আমি উকবাহ ইবনু আমির আল জুহানী (রাযিঃ) কে বলতে শুনেছি। রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তিনটি সময়ে আমাদেরকে সালাত আদায় করতে এবং আমাদের মৃতদেরকে দাফন করতে নিষেধ করেছেনঃ (১) সূর্য যখন আলোকোদ্ভাসিত হয়ে উদয় হতে থাকে তখন থেকে তা পরিষ্কারভাবে উপরে উঠা পর্যন্ত, (২) সূর্য যখন ঠিক দ্বিপ্রহরের সময় থেকে হেলে যাওয়া পর্যন্ত, (৩) সূর্য ক্ষীণ আলোক হওয়া থেকে তা সম্পূর্ণ অস্ত যাওয়া পর্যন্ত। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৭৯৯, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
حضرت عقبہ بن عامر جہنی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کہتے تھے کہ تین ا وقات ہیں ، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہمیں روکتے تھے کہ ہم ان میں نماز پڑھیں یا ان میں اپنے مردوں کو قبروں میں اتاریں : جب سورج چمکتا ہوا طلوع ہورہا ہو یہاں تک کہ وہ بلند ہوجائے اور جب دوپہر کو ٹھہرنے والا ( سایہ ) ٹھہر جاتا ہے حتیٰ کہ سورج ( آگے کو ) جھک جائے اور جب سورج غروب ہونے کے لئے جھکتا ہے یہاں تک کہ وہ ( پوری طرح ) غروب ہوجائے ۔
Dan telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya bin Yahya] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Wahb] dari [Musa bin Ali] dari [bapaknya] ia berkata, saya mendengar [Uqbah bin Amir Al Juhani] berkata; "Ada tiga waktu, yang mana Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam telah melarang kita untuk shalat atau menguburkan jenazah pada waktu-waktu tersebut.
(Pertama), saat matahari terbit hingga ia agak meninggi. (Kedua), saat matahari tepat berada di pertengahan langit (tengah hari tepat) hingga ia telah condong ke barat, (Ketiga), saat matahari hampir terbenam, hingga ia terbenam sama sekali
Bize Yahya b. Yahya rivayet etti. (Dediki).: Bize Abdullah b. Vehb, Mûsâ b. Uleyy 'den, o da babasından naklen rivayet etti. Demişki: Ben Ukbetü'bnü Âmir El-Cühenî'yi şöyle derken işittim : «Üç saat vardır ki, Resûlullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) onlarda namaz kılmakdan veya cenazelerimizi defnetmekden bizi menederdi : 1- Güneş doğmağa başladığından, yükselinceye kadar; 2- Tam gök yüzünün ortasında iken (batıya) meyledinceye kadar; 3- Bir de güneş batmaya yaklaştıkdan batıncaya kadar.» İzah için buraya tıklayın
