وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّ بَرِيرَةَ
جَاءَتْ عَائِشَةَ تَسْتَعِينُهَا فِي كِتَابَتِهَا وَلَمْ تَكُنْ قَضَتْ مِنْ كِتَابَتِهَا شَيْئًا فَقَالَتْ لَهَا عَائِشَةُ ارْجِعِي إِلَى أَهْلِكِ فَإِنْ أَحَبُّوا أَنْ أَقْضِيَ عَنْكِ كِتَابَتَكِ وَيَكُونَ وَلَاؤُكِ لِي. فَعَلْتُ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ بَرِيرَةُ لأَهْلِهَا فَأَبَوْا وَقَالُوا: إِنْ شَاءَتْ أَنْ تَحْتَسِبَ عَلَيْكِ فَلْتَفْعَلْ وَيَكُونَ لَنَا وَلَاؤُكِ.
فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «ابْتَاعِي فَأَعْتِقِي. فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ». ثُمَّ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «مَا بَالُ أُنَاسٍ يَشْتَرِطُونَ شُرُوطًا لَيْسَتْ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ مَنِ اشْتَرَطَ شَرْطًا لَيْسَ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ وَإِنْ شَرَطَ مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ شَرْطُ اللَّهِ أَحَقُّ وَأَوْثَقُ»
Aishah (radiyallahu anha) reported that Barira came to her in order to seek her help in securing freedom, but she had (so far) paid nothing out of that sum stipulated in the contract.
‘Aisba said to her. Go to your family (who owns you), and if they like that I should pay the amount (of the contract) on your behalf (for purchasing your freedom), then I shall have the right in your inheritance. (If they accepted it) I am prepared (to make this payment). Barira made a mention of that to the (members of) her family, but they refused and said: If she (Hadrat Aishah wants to do good to You for the sake of Allah, she may do it, but the right of inheritance will be ours. She (Hadrat Aishah made a mention of that to the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), and he said to her: Buy her, and emancipate her, for the right of inheritance vests with one who emancipates (the slave).
The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), may peace be upon him) then stood up and said: What has happened to the people that they lay down conditions which are not (found) in the Book of Allah? And he who laid down a condition not found in the Book of Allah, that is not valid. even if it is laid down hundred times. The condition laid down by Allah is the most weighty and the most valid.’
ইয়াহইয়া ইবনু ইয়াহইয়া আত তামিমী, আবূ বাকর ইবনু আবূ শায়বাহ (রহঃ) ..... নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর স্ত্রী মায়মুনাহ (রাযিঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সালাত আদায় করতেন আর আমি তার পাশেই থাকতাম। তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) যখন সিজদা করতেন তখন কোন কোন সময় তার কাপড় আমার শরীর স্পর্শ করত।
আর তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) চাটাইয়ের উপর সালাত আদায় করতেন। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৩৭৬, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
عبداللہ بن شداد سے روایت ہے ، کہا : مجھے نبیﷺ کی زوجہ حضرت میمونہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے حدیث بیان کی ، فرمایا : ٰ رسول اللہ ﷺ نماز پڑھتے اور میں آپ کے سامنے ہوتی اور اکثر ایسا ہوتا کہ جب آپ سجدہ کرتے تو آپ کا کپڑا مجھے لگتا اور آپ ( کھجور کے پتوں اور دھاگوں سے بنی ہوئی ) ایک جائے نماز پر نماز پڑھتے تھے ۔
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yahya bin Yahya At Tamimi], telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Khalid bin Abdullah] (dan diriwayatkan dari jalur lain) telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] katanya; telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Abbad bin Al 'Awwam] keduanya dari [Asy Syaibani] dari [Abdullah bin Syidad], katanya; telah menceritakan kepadaku [Maimunah] isteri Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, katanya; Rasululah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam pernah shalat dan aku sejajar dengan beliau, adakalanya pakaian beliau mengenaiku jika beliau sujud, dan beliau ketika itu shalat diatas kain
Bize Yahya b. Yahya Et-Temimi rivayet etti. (Dediki): Bize Hâlid b. Abdillâh haber verdi. H. Bize Ebu Bekir b. Ebi Şeybe dahî rivâyt etti. Dediki: Bize Abbâd b. Avvâm rivayet etti. Bunların ikisi de Şeybânî'den, o da Abdullah b. Şeddâd'dan naklen rivayet etmişler. Abdullah şöyle demiş: Bana Nebi (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem)'in zevcesi Meymûne rivayet etti ve: «Resûlullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) namaz kılar; ben de onun hizasında bulunurdum.
Bazen secde ettiğinde elbisesi bana dokunurdu. Küçük bir seccade üzerinde namaz kılardı.» dedi. İzah 661 de
