Ali ibn Abi Talib (radiyallahu anhu) addressed us and said: He who thought that we have besides the Holy Qur’an anything else that we recite, he told a lie. And this document which is hanging by the sheath of the sword contains but the ages of the camels, and the nature of the wounds. He (Hadrat Ali) reported the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) as saying: Medina is sacred from Air to Thaur; So if anyone makes an innovation or accommodates an innovator, the curse of Allah, the angels, and all persons will fall upon him, and Allah will not accept any obligatory or supererogatory act as recompense from them.

And the protection granted by the Muslims is one and must be respected by the humblest of them. If anyone makes a false claim to paternity, or being a client of other than his own masters, there is upon him the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people. Allah will not accept from him any recompense in the form of obligatory acts or supererogatory acts.

The hadith transmitted on the authority of Abu Bakr and Zabair ends with (these words): The humblest among them should respect it; and what follows after it is not mentioned there, and in the hadith transmitted by them (these words are) not found: (The document was hanging) on the sheath of his sword.

Ketika beliau muncul, maka Bilal mengumandangkan iqamat yaitu ketika ia melihat beliau

Bana Selemetü'bnü Şebîb rivayet etti. (Dediki): Bize Hasen b. A'yen rivayet etti. (Dediki): Bize Züheyr rivayet etti. (Dediki): Bize Simâk b. Harb, Câbir b. Semura'dan naklen rivayet etti. Demişki: «Bilal gün devrildiği vakit ezân'ı okur, fakat Nebi (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) bizim yanımıza çıkmadıkça ikâamet getirmezdi. O çıktımı kendisini gördüğü vakit namaza ikaamet getirirdi.» İzah için buraya tıklayın

What it means

While delivering a speech from the pulpit, ‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “By Allah! We have no book to read except the Book of Allah and what is written in this scroll.” As he unrolled it, it showed a list of the types of camels to be given as blood-money and it contained other legal matters relating to the killing of game in the sanctuary of Makkah and the expiation for it.

It also included the Prophet's statement declaring Madīnah as inviolable as Makkah, from Mount ‘Ayr to Mount Thawr. Whoever introduces a religious innovation in it, causes any harm to Muslims, or shelters an innovator will incur the curse of Allah, which means deprivation of His mercy, and the angels and all people will ask Allah to expel him from His mercy.

Then, on the Day of Judgment, Allah, the Almighty, will not accept any prayer (obligatory or supererogatory), repentance, or ransom from him. Moreover, the protection given by any Muslim to a non-Muslim is valid, as long as it conforms to the relevant conditions. Once in place, it is prohibited to violate it. If anyone does so, he will be subject to the curse of Allah, which means he will be deprived of His mercy, and the angels and all people will ask the Almighty Lord to expel him from His mercy.

Then, on the Day of Judgment, Allah, the Almighty, will not accept any prayer, obligatory or supererogatory, repentance, or ransom from him. If someone attributes himself to someone other than his real father or if a freed slave attributes himself to someone other than his master, he will incur the curse of Allah, the Almighty, which means deprivation of His mercy, and the angels and all people will ask Allah to expel him from His mercy.

Then, on the Day of Judgment, Allah, the Almighty, will not accept any prayer (obligatory or supererogatory), repentance, or ransom from him. This is because these actions involve ingratitude and cause a loss of the rights to inheritance, allegiance, blood-money, and so on, and sever the ties of kinship.
