Anas told that the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) cauterized Asad ibn Zurara because of a redness from which he suffered.
وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَوَى أَسْعَدَ بْنَ زُرَارَةَ مِنَ الشَّوْكَةِ
