وَعَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ
قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخَذَ كِسْرَةً مِنْ خُبْزِ الشَّعِيرِ فَوَضَعَ عَلَيْهَا تَمْرَةً فَقَالَ: «هَذِهِ إِدَامُ هَذِهِ» وَأَكَلَ
Yusuf ibn Abdallah ibn Salam said he saw the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) take a piece of barley bread and put a date on it. Saying, “This is the condiment of this,” he ate it.
