وَعَن سَمُرَة بن جُنْدُبٍ عَنِ
النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «اقْتُلُوا شُيُوخَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَاسْتَحْيُوا شَرْخَهُمْ» أَيْ صِبْيَانَهُمْ
The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said:, “Kill the old men who are polytheists, but spare their sharkh i.e., their children.”
