عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ: دِيَةُ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ أَثْلَاثًا ثَلَاثٌ وَثَلَاثُونَ حِقَّةً وَثَلَاثٌ وَثَلَاثُونَ جَذَعَةً وَأَرْبَعٌ وَثَلَاثُونَ ثَنِيَّةً إِلَى بَازِلِ عَامِهَا كُلُّهَا خَلِفَاتٌ وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: قَالَ: فِي الْخَطَأ أَربَاعًا: خَمْسَة وَعِشْرُونَ حِقَّةً وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ جَذَعَةً وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنَاتِ لَبُونٍ وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنَاتِ مَخَاضٍ
thirty-three she-camels in their fourth year, thirty- three she-camels in their fifth year, and thirty-four she-camels in the sixth year up to the ninth, all pregnant.
