وَعَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ وَائِلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَقْطَعَهُ أَرْضًا بِحَضْرَمَوْتَ قَالَ: فَأَرْسَلَ مَعِي مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ: «أَعْطِهَا إِيَّاه»
‘Alqama ibn Wail reported his father as saying that the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) assigned him land in Hadramaut, sending Muawiyah with him and telling him to give it to him.’
