وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ الَّذِي لَيْسَ فِي جَوْفِهِ شَيْءٌ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ كَالْبَيْتِ الْخَرِبِ»
Ibn Abbas reported God’s messenger as saying, “Anyone who has nothing of the Qur’an within him is like a ruined house.” Tirmidhi and Darimi transmitted it, and Tirmidhi said this is a sahih tradition.
