وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجَ
النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَتْ تَقُولُ كَسْرُ عَظْمِ الْمُسْلِمِ مَيْتًا كَكَسْرِهِ وَهُوَ حَىٌّ. تَعْنِي فِي الإِثْمِ
He had heard that Aishah, the wife of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to say, “Breaking the bone of a muslim when he is dead is like breaking it when he is alive.” She meant if done in wrong action.
রেওয়ায়ত ৪৫. নবী করীম সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর পত্নী আয়েশা (রাঃ) বলিতেনঃ মৃতাবস্থায় মুসলিমদের হাড় ভাঙিয়া দেওয়া জীবিতাবস্থায় হাড় ভাঙিয়া দেওয়ার মত। মালিক (রহঃ) বলেন, অৰ্থাৎ পাপের দিক দিয়া সমান।
