حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يَسَافٍ

قَالَ أَخَذَ بِيَدِي زِيَادُ بْنُ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ فَأَوْقَفَنِي عَلَى شَيْخٍ بِالرَّقَّةِ يُقَالُ لَهُ وَابِصَةُ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ فَقَالَ صَلَّى رَجُلٌ خَلْفَ الصَّفِّ وَحْدَهُ فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَنْ يُعِيدَ

“Ziyad ibn Abu-Jad took me by the hand and made me stand near an old man at Raqqah, whose name was Wabisah ibn Mabad. He said: ‘A man performed prayer behind the row on his own, and the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) commanded him to repeat the prayer.’”

হিলাল ইবনু ইয়াসাফ (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, যিয়াদ ইবনু আবূল জাদ (রহঃ) আমার হাত ধরে আর-রাক্কা নামক স্থানে ওয়াবিসা ইবনু মাবাদ (রাঃ) নামক প্রবীণ ব্যাক্তির নিকট নিয়ে যান। তিনি বলেন, এক ব্যাক্তি কাতারের পিছনে একাকী সালাত পড়লে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে তা পুনর্বার পড়ার নির্দেশ দেন।

ہلال بن یساف رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ زیاد بن ابی الجعد نے میرا ہاتھ پکڑا اور رقہ کے ایک شیخ کے پاس مجھے لا کر کھڑا کیا، جن کو وابصہ بن معبد رضی اللہ عنہ کہا جاتا تھا، انہوں نے کہا: ایک شخص نے صف کے پیچھے تنہا نماز پڑھی تو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے نماز لوٹانے کا حکم دیا۔

Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Idris] dari [Hushain] dari [Hilal bin Yasaf] berkata; Ziyad bin Abu Al Ja'd memegang tanganku dan menempatkan aku di sisi seorang syaikh di Riqqah yang biasa disebut dengan nama [Wabishah bin Ma'bad]. Ia kemudian berkata, "Ada seorang laki-laki shalat sendirian di belakang shaf, lalu Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam memerintahkan kepadanya untuk mengulangi shalat

What it teaches

• Encouraging the act of going to the congregational prayer early and seeking to find a place in the first rows and not to pray alone behind the row so as not to invalidate one's prayer.
• Ibn Hajar said: Whoever starts the prayer alone behind the row then joins the row before rising from Rukū‘ (bowing) is not required to repeat the prayer as indicated by the Hadīth of Abu Bakrah; otherwise, he is required to repeat it according to the general indication of the Hadīth of Wābisah.
