أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ عَنْ الرَّجُلِ يَبْتَاعُ الْجَارِيَةَ لَمْ تَبْلُغْ الْمَحِيضَ وَلَا تَحْمِلُ مِثْلُهَا

بِكَمْ يَسْتَبْرِئُهَا؟، قَالَ: «بِثَلَاثَةِ أَشْهُرٍ»، وَقَالَ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ: «بِخَمْسَةٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا»
