وَعَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -«لَا تُقَامُ اَلْحُدُودُ فِي اَلْمَسَاجِدِ، وَلَا يُسْتَقَادُ فِيهَا» رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ، وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ بِسَنَدٍ ضَعِيفٍ 11 حسن. رواه أحمد (3/434)، وأبو داود (4490)، وإذا كان الحافظ
The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “Neither the prescribed punishment nor retaliations should be executed inside the mosque.”.
