The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “The whole earth is a mosque (to pray on) except a graveyard and a toilet.”.
وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ رضى الله عنه عَنْ
اَلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -«اَلْأَرْضُ كُلُّهَا مَسْجِدٌ إِلَّا اَلْمَقْبَرَةَ وَالْحَمَّامَ»

صحيح. رواه الترمذي (317)، وهو وإن كان معلولا بالإرسال؛ إلا أنها ليست بعلة قادحة، ولذلك مال الحافظ نفسه إلى تصحيح الحديث في «التلخيص» (1/277). ونقل ابن تيمية في «الفتاوى» (22/160) تصحيح الحفاظ له
