وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -«أَيُّمَا أَمَةٍ وَلَدَتْ مِنْ سَيِّدِهَا، فَهِيَ حُرَّةٌ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ»
