وَعَنْ اَلْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبِ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا;
«أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى فِي اِبْنَةِ حَمْزَةَ لِخَالَتِهَا، وَقَالَ: اَلْخَالَةُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ اَلْأُمِّ»
The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) gave a ruling regarding Hamza’s daughter in favor of her maternal aunt, saying, “The maternal aunt is in the position of the mother.”.
