Abu Dawud, at-Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah reported the aforesaid Hadith from the narration of Aishah (radiyallahu anha), which al-Hakim graded as Sahih (authentic), but the Hadith scholars disagreed with him, and they agreed that it is Daif (weak).
ضعيف. رواه أبو داود (2189)، والترمذي (1182)، وابن ماجه (2080)، والحاكم (250) من طريق أبي عاصم، عن ابن جريج، عن مظاهر، عن القاسم بن محمد، عن عائشة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: «طلاق الأمة تطليقتان، وقرؤها حيضتان«قال أبو عاصم: حدثني مظاهر، حدثني القاسم، عن عائشة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مثله؛ إلا أنه قال: «وعدتها حيضتان». قال أبو داود: «وهو حديث مجهول». وقال الترمذي: «حديث عائشة حديث غريب؛ لا نعرفه مرفوعا إلا من حديث مظاهر بن أسلم، ومظاهر لا نعرف له في العلم غير هذا الحديث». وروى الدارقطني (4 /40) بالسند الصحيح، عن أبي عاصم النبيل؛ الضحاك بن مخلد، قال: «ليس بالبصرة حديث أنكر من حديث مظاهر هذا»
