وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -«لَا نَذْرَ لِابْنِ آدَمَ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ، وَلَا عِتْقِ لَهُ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ، وَلَا طَلَاقَ لَهُ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ»
The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “No descendant of Adam may make a vow concerning something he does not possess, or set free (a slave) that he does not possess, or divorce (a woman) whom he does not possess (in marriage).”.
