The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) was brought a dish containing Tharid and said, “Eat from its side and not from the middle, for the blessing descends in the middle of it.”.
وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ;
«أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِقَصْعَةٍ مِنْ ثَرِيدٍ، فَقَالَ: «كُلُوا مِنْ جَوَانِبِهَا، وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا مِنْ وَسَطِهَا، فَإِنَّ اَلْبَرَكَةَ تَنْزِلُ فِي وَسَطِهَا»

صحيح. رواه أبو داود (3772)، والنسائي في «الكبرى» (475)، والترمذي (1805)، وابن ماجه (3277) من طرق عن عطاء بن السائب، عن سعيد بن جبير، عن ابن عباس، به. وهو عند النسائي، وأبي داود، من رواية شعبة، عن عطاء، وهو ممن روى عنه قبل الاختلاط، ولذلك قال الحافظ: «سنده صحيح»
