The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) forbade Muta (temporary marriage) in the year of Khaibar.
وَعَنْ عَلَيٍّ رضى الله عنه
قَالَ: «نَهَى رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ اَلْمُتْعَةِ عَامَ خَيْبَرَ»
