وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ

قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ -«لَا كَفَالَةَ فِي حَدٍّ»

The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “No surety is allowed regarding a prescribed punishment.”.
