وَفِي لَفْظٍ: «لَا يَجُوزُ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَمْرٌ فِي مَالِهَا، إِذَا مَلَكَ زَوْجُهَا عِصْمَتَهَا»

صحيح. رواه أحمد (2 / 179 و 184)، وأبو داود (3547)، والنسائي (5 / 65 - 66)، وابن ماجه (2388)، والحاكم (2 / 47). وهو وإن كان حسن الإسناد؛ إلا أنه صحيح لما له من شواهد، وقد ذكرتها في «الأصل «كما أشرت إلى الرويات ومخرجيها»
