حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ رضى الله عنه أَخْبَرَهُ

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً وُجِدَتْ فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِي النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَقْتُولَةً، فَأَنْكَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَتْلَ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ

During some of the Ghazawat of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) a woman was found killed. The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) disapproved the killing of women and children.

ইবনু ‘উমার (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আল্লাহর রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর এক যুদ্ধে এক নারীকে নিহত অবস্থায় পাওয়া যায়। তখন আল্লাহর রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম নারী ও শিশুদের হত্যায় অসন্তোষ প্রকাশ করেন। (৩০১৫) (মুসলিম ৩২/৮ হাঃ ১৭৪৪)

Telah bercerita kepada kami [Ahmad bin Yunus] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Al Laits] dari [Nafi'] bahwa ['Abdullah radliallahu 'anhu] mengabarkan kepadanya bahwa ada seorang wanita yang ditemukan (dalam keadaan terbunuh) di sebagian peperangan Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, maka Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mengingkari pembunuhan terhadap wanita dan anak-anak

Abdullah İbn Ömer r.a. şöyle demiştir: "Resulullah Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem'in savaşlarından birisinde bir kadın cesedi görüldü. What it teaches

• Those who do not fight, like women and boys and the elderly and monks, should not be killed. An exception is when they advocate and help the fighting against Muslims, in which case they can be killed.
• It is prohibited to kill women and boys, for those who do not fight Muslims. The purpose of Jihad in the cause of Allah is to subdue fighters only, so that the Da‘wah of the truth can reach all people.
• The Hadīth demonstrates the Prophet's mercy even during battles and wars.
