حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ مِخْرَاقٍ، عَنْ شَهْرٍ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ
رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ مَاتَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ قِيلَ لَهُ ادْخُلْ الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ أَيِّ أَبْوَابِ الْجَنَّةِ الثَّمَانِيَةِ شِئْتَ»
Umar told me that he heard the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) say: “Whoever dies believing in Allah and the Last Day, it will said to him: ‘Enter Paradise from whichever of the eight gates of Paradise you wish.’.”
