I heard Humran ibn Aban telling Abu Burdah in the mosque that he heard Uthman ibn Affan (رضي الله عنه) narrate from the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) that he said: “Whoever does wudoo properly as enjoined by Allah, the prescribed prayers will be expiations for whatever comes between them.”.
