عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيۡرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ ٤١

'Alaa an nubaddila khayram minhum wa maa nahnu bimasbooqeen

Translation

To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone.
