Qur'an 70:40
فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ وَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَٰدِرُونَ
Translation
So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able
