حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِرَجُلٍ قَدْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَجَلَدَهُ بِجَرِيدَتَيْنِ نَحْوَ أَرْبَعِينَ. قَالَ وَفَعَلَهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَلَمَّا كَانَ عُمَرُ اسْتَشَارَ النَّاسَ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ أَخَفَّ الْحُدُودِ ثَمَانِينَ. فَأَمَرَ بِهِ عُمَرُ
وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ الْحَارِثِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، (يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ) حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ
قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا، يَقُولُ أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِرَجُلٍ. فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ
أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَلَدَ فِي الْخَمْرِ بِالْجَرِيدِ وَالنِّعَالِ ثُمَّ جَلَدَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَرْبَعِينَ. فَلَمَّا كَانَ عُمَرُ وَدَنَا النَّاسُ مِنَ الرِّيفِ وَالْقُرَى قَالَ: مَا تَرَوْنَ فِي جَلْدِ الْخَمْرِ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ أَرَى أَنْ تَجْعَلَهَا كَأَخَفِّ الْحُدُودِ. قَالَ فَجَلَدَ عُمَرُ ثَمَانِينَ

بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ
وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ
أَنَّوسلم كَانَ يَضْرِبُ فِي الْخَمْرِ بِالنِّعَالِ وَالْجَرِيدِ أَرْبَعِينَ. ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِهِمَا وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ الرِّيفَ وَالْقُرَى
A person who had drink wine was brought to the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam). He gave him forty stripes with two lashes. Abu Bakr also did that, but when Umar (assumed the responsibilities) of the Caliphate, he consulted people and Abd al-Rahman said: The mildest punishment (for drinking) is eighty (stripes) and Umar their prescribed this punishment.
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Anas through another chain of transmitters.
The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) gave a beating with palm branches and shoes, and that Abu Bakr gave forty lashes. When Umar (became the Commander of the Faithful) and the people went near to pastures and towns, he said (to the Companions of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam)). What is your opinion about lashing for drinking? Thereupon Abd al-Rahman ibn Auf said: My opinion is that you fix it as the mildest punishment. Then Umar inflicted eighty stripes.
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Hisham with the same chain of transmitters.
The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) used to strike forty times with shoes and palm branches (in case of drinking of) wine. The rest of the hadith is the same and there is no mention of pastures and towns.
আবূ বকর ইবনু আবূ শায়বাহ ও ইসহাক ইবনু ইবরাহীম (রহঃ) ..... আয়িশাহ (রাযিঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম নফল সালাতে বসে কিরাআত পড়তেন। অতঃপর রুকূ’ করতে মনস্থ করলে উঠে এতটুকু সময় পর্যন্ত দাঁড়ালেন, যে সময়ের মধ্যে একজন লোক চল্লিশ আয়াত পর্যন্ত পড়তে পারে। (ইসলামী ফাউন্ডেশন ১৫৭৬, ইসলামীক সেন্টার)
عمرہ نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت کی ، انھوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بیٹھے ہوئے قراءت فرماتے ، پس جب رکوع کرناچاہتے تو اتنی دیر کے لئے کھڑے ہوجاتے جتنی دیر میں ایک انسان چالیس آیتیں پڑھ لیتا ہے ۔
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah] dan [Ishaq bin Ibrahim]. [Abu Bakar] mengatakan; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ismail bin 'Ulayyah] dari [Al Walid bin Abu Hisyam] dari [Abu Bakar bin Muhammad] dari ['Amrah] dari ['Aisyah] katanya; "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam membaca (dalam shalat) dengan duduk, jika beliau hendak ruku', beliau berdiri seukuran seseorang membaca empat puluh ayat
Bize, Ebû Bekir b. Ebî Şeybe ile îshâk b. İbrahim rivayet ettiler. Ebû Bekir dedi ki: Bize, İsmail b. Uleyye, Velîd b. Ebî Hişâm'dan, o da Ebû Bekir b, Muhammed'den, o da Amra'dan, o da Âişe'den naklen rivayet etti. Âişe şöyle demiş: «Resûlullah (Sallallahu Aleyhi ve Sellem) (bazan namazda) oturduğu yerden okur; rükû' etmek istedimi kalkarak bir insanın kırk âyet okuyabileceği kadar ayakta dururdu.»
