Qur'an 81:29
وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Translation
And you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds.
