Qur'an 8:59
وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا سَبَقُوٓا إِنَّهُمْ لَا يُعْجِزُونَ
Translation
And let not those who disbelieve think they will escape. Indeed, they will not cause failure [to Allah].
