Qur'an 7:198
وَإِن تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى ٱلْهُدَىٰ لَا يَسْمَعُوا وَتَرَىٰهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيْكَ وَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ
Translation
And if you invite them to guidance, they do not hear; and you see them looking at you while they do not see.
