Qur'an 7:181
وَمِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَآ أُمَّةٌ يَهْدُونَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَبِهِ يَعْدِلُونَ
Translation
And among those We created is a community which guides by truth and thereby establishes justice.
