Qur'an 7:102
وَمَا وَجَدْنَا لِأَكْثَرِهِم مِّنْ عَهْدٍ وَإِن وَجَدْنَآ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَفَٰسِقِينَ
Translation
And We did not find for most of them any covenant; but indeed, We found most of them defiantly disobedient.
