Qur'an 51:38
وَفِى مُوسَىٰٓ إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ بِسُلْطَٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ
Translation
And in Moses [was a sign], when We sent him to Pharaoh with clear authority.
