Qur'an 46:2

تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ

This exact verse also appears at 39:1, 45:2.

Translation

The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
