Qur'an 43:4
وَإِنَّهُ فِىٓ أُمِّ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِىٌّ حَكِيمٌ
Translation
And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book with Us, exalted and full of wisdom.
