Qur'an 40:36
وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ يَٰهَٰمَٰنُ ٱبْنِ لِى صَرْحًا لَّعَلِّىٓ أَبْلُغُ ٱلْأَسْبَٰبَ
Translation
And Pharaoh said, "O Haman, construct for me a tower that I might reach the ways -
