Qur'an 4:120
يَعِدُهُمْ وَيُمَنِّيهِمْ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا
Translation
Satan promises them and arouses desire in them. But Satan does not promise them except delusion.
