Qur'an 39:62
ٱللَّهُ خَٰلِقُ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَكِيلٌ
Translation
Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairs.
