Qur'an 39:1

تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ

This exact verse also appears at 45:2, 46:2.

Translation

The revelation of the Qur'an is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
